If a comment is made using your identity it will be deemed to have been posted by you. CollegeDudes247 will not accept responsibility for information posted in the comments. If CollegeDudes247 receives notice that any comment is not in keeping with these terms and conditions or the intended use of the comments, CollegeDudes247 may remove that comment and/or any other related comment.

6/15/08: Members can leave 'signed' comments with their member username identified. Non-members may leave comments anonymously. This change was implemented to lend authorship integrity to the comment.

Comment Length
Comments may be up to 200 words in length so that the web pages can provide all commenters an opportuity to have their views displayed

Prohibited
Libelous, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, violent, solicitous, abusive or otherwise illegal material will not be posted. Please use respectful language that does not abuse or discriminate on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind will not be posted. Offers to sell or buy any product or service will not be posted. Comments directed to the editorial or production staff, rather than the performers, may not be posted.

Noncommercial
Comments can be used only in a noncommercial manner. You cannot, without the express approval of CollegeDudes247, redistribute or otherwise republish reader comments.

Privacy
Disclosure of personally indentifying information, such as email address, name, phone numbers, etc., either of the commenter or the model will not be published.

Right to Delete Posts
We reserve the right to delete messages that we deem abusive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to remove any comments that violate these standards of decorum at any time.

Spamming
Repeatedly posting comments or "spamming" our comment service by posting the same comment in multiple places is unacceptable behavior that may result in losing all comment privileges. Comments from the same IP address, using multiple identities, are subject to deletion and may result in losing all comment privileges.

Graphics, links, audio, javascript and HTML tags are not allowed in comments.
